Shipping policy

Shipping
Your order will be shipped free of charge within Europe via DHL and DHL Express, international shipments will be handled by DHL Express. For detailed delivery time information, please refer to our FAQ. Customs duties may apply to deliveries outside Europe, and you will be informed about this during checkout.

Returns
For returns within Germany and Austria, a return label is included in your package. Customers from other countries can use our returns portal. As soon as we receive your return, it will take approximately three days to process. Your refund will be issued automatically after that.
